The Shanghai Jing'an Regional Medical Center (formerly Zhabei Central Hospital Renovation and Expansion) is located on Zhonghua Xin Road, Jing'an District. It is a key livelihood project of the district's "14th Five-Year" health plan. The total GFA is approx. 167,900 m² (103,000 m² new construction). With 978 beds post-expansion, it integrates emergency, outpatient, medical technology, wards, public health, and research into a tertiary-level regional medical center. Our company applied BIM technology throughout the full life cycle to resolve complex MEPF Routing and functional flow issues in medical spaces, improving design precision and construction efficiency to guarantee functional layout and construction quality.
